We are super excited to present this week's #techtalktuesdays where we speak to tech leaders in Pakistan and beyond and understand how tech is impacting our lives and the future of our children.
This week we speak to Asad Rehman. Asad taught himself C, C++ and x86 assembly programming languages in the mid nineties at the age of twelve. He has twenty two years of programming experience and has worked in the tech space in Pakistan and the USA where he currently resides. He has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from LUMS. Asad believes that knowing what computers can and cannot do is a fundamental life skill missing in traditional curricula in Pakistan. He has cofounded Code School with the mission to bring essential coding skills to K-12 children.
